Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group Sleep - Cottonwood

I find it hard to believe that these people are swamped on the phone, ever single extension, including the front desk? Funny how I keep calling, and my VA representative calls, and they answer the phone. They pick and choose who they will speak to. This facility needs to step up their game, and talk to people, rather than ignoring them. This is a small town, and it's very sad that they treat people this way.

This review is for my covid vaccine. I arrived yesterday at the Camp Verde gym for a 12:20 appointment. From the moment I arrived giving out of the car to the first of two volunteers I was treated with nothing but respect and compassion. Walking with a cane a wonderful warm woman assisted me down the walkway all the way down to the gym to the first staging area. The person that greeted me also a volunteer gave me my paperwork sent me to the next station with the RN who gave me my injection and finally to a chair for my 15 minute wait to make sure there was nothing adverse. I spoke with no less than five different people and everyone was absolutely outstanding. As an office manager in several medical clinic for the last 25 years I am a stickler for good patient service. There was nothing but great smiles great service great compassion and I was thrilled. People volunteering their time to help plus Northern Arizona's Medical Care Professionals should be applauded for what they're doing during this crisis. I have also been a patient at Verde Valley Medical Center both in the ER and on the floor. I've never been treated with anything but outstanding care. I will continue to recommend both the hospital the clinic in Camp Verde that I go to and Urgent and Immediate Care to anyone that listens. I believe in my heart and in my experiences that people often complain but rarely praise. My hat is off to Verde Valley Medical Center the clinic in Camp Verde at all of the staff that I have had the pleasure of of being taken care of with. Keep up the great work and know that there is great appreciation for all of you!!

My experience with my out patient surgery last week with this hospital was excellent! From check-in to recovery and release, I was totally taken care of with care and professionalism! My Surgeon, Dr. Faulkner and his staff, were great! I trusted him from the beginning. And, my operation was a success and over before I knew it! I was impressed how spectacular the Operating Room was when they rolled me in...so spotlessly clean, white, and modern. The anesthesiologist, nurses, and assistants were really nice to me! I am thankful to have Verde Valley Medical Center as my hospital!

We had a truly wonderful experience with the staff in the ICU/Comfort Care unit of Verde Valley Medical Center. While on a trip, our daughter who was brought into the ICU and was given quality care by the compassionate and thoughtful doctors and nurses in the unit. They kept us informed and made sure we were comfortable while visiting her. Even though our daughter did pass away, we were grateful for the care and compassion showed by the staff.

The staff here is very nice, the ER is great, not a long wait time, good doctors & amazing nurses too. If you need anything in this area don’t hesitate to show up here as they will help with no judgment at all. Great community hospital
