I have made two appointments in the last 24 hours and both have been canceled shortly there after because they did not have the order from my doctor. However, it states that you have 24 hours to submit that before the appointment will be canceled. Also, this morning I spoke to someone on the phone and told them that the order would be coming from my doctor this morning and to please not cancel my appointment. My appointment was still canceled less than an hour later.
The guys at the front counter are helpful and friendly. Shaun set expectations, made sure I was comfortable and communicated everything to me so I knew what was going on. The doctor was efficient and pleasant which is a plus when having testing done.
Just had an EMG here at NeuroDiagnostic and all three gentleman who took care of me from check in to check out were kind, professional, and respectful.
I had a telemetry call with a nurse practitioner. She was very thorough and nice. Our connection was a bit choppy though. Voices cut out and video froze a couple of times. All and all, a pretty good experience.
I was late to my appointment due to Friday traffic and living two hours away. They were very cordial and. Very understand. The office girls were spot on. They ended up scheduling me back in about an hour later. So it made my long trip worth while. So all in all they are very accommodating and nice to work with.
