Worst, most incompetent treatment by a medical provider ever! They couldn’t receive any electronic data from my GO’s office in Heber City, so I had my doctor print out the request for a sleep study. I took the hard copy to the sleep clinic in Heber three times to get scheduled for a sleep study. There was no one there any time I went. I tried for two months to get scheduled for a sleep study, and Mariam(?) at the Salt Lake office told me today that it was her ‘best guess’ that they were waiting for my doctor to provide them with more information. I contacted my doctor’s office at Revere Health and they had not heard from the Intermountain Sleep Disorder Clinic at all, ever. So basically I’m going to have to go somewhere else because this place has no bottom to their incompetence.
