The clinic specializes in home sleep testing, in-lab sleep testing (Polysomnography), and sleep medicine consultation. Both of my appointments with Cynthia felt extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I had gone to a follow up appointment after an at home sleep study and before even making the appointment I checked and asked if I could bring my toddler because I don’t have any one that could watch him and they said it was a quick appointment so it would be okay, toddler being a toddler he was having a rough morning and was throwing a fit and when Cynthia came in to take me back to the office without even asking me she picked my son up and was snuggling with him, she then went over my results and partially through stopped caring about my sleep issues and started accusing me of not letting my son sleep long enough because sometimes I have to wake him up in the morning so I can go to work(he’s 3 sleeping 12–13 hours a day, he’s fine) it got to the point where I couldn’t tell if the appointment was for me or him. Extremely inappropriate behavior from a doctor
Cynthia is an empathetic listener. She spent plenty of time with me to answer my questions. Highly recommend this clinic.
The NP was VERY attentive to my emergency and walked me through the process. I didn't know what I had was an emergency but she told me what my obgyn Didn't. And she was able to make me an emergency sleep study appointment within the week. I'm in my third Tri and NORCO dragged their feet for 5 weeks getting my overnight oxi meter test. Now we are in emergency mode so I don't have an early baby.
T the health and wellness center is by for one of the most exceptional clinics that I've ever had to deal with and I would recommend them to anybody that is in need of sleep distortion or sleep depravity. They're absolute professional outtake is far beyond the call of a patient doctor relationship and I would recommend them to anybody.
I asked for an itemized invoice from the medical supplier, so I could get refunded for my CPAP supplies, from my work FSA, and received nothing from them but a bill for what I owed! So, just a warning, be careful if you get behind on payment because they will serve you, and sue you promptly for an owing them a few hundred dollars. Then you will have to appear in court and pay their lawyer’s fee and the filing fee to sue you; almost paying double what you started out with!! I have never seen such a thing in any type of medical practice. I really used to enjoy going here, but I’m definitely not going back after this.
