Exceptional care! Our pediatrician Gary Ullery is phenomenal, he genuinely cares about our family and takes the time to address ANY questions or concerns we have (no matter how little) and shares knowledge and understanding on it. I have never experienced this level of care. Brian Thomas is a great surgeon and gave our family so much time and attention, I would highly recommend him as well. The nurses and staff have all been amazing as well, I’m so grateful we have such competent caring providers here in Blackfoot!
I first called on a Monday. I was able to see Dr. Hansen on Tuesday. The office staff was relaxed and friendly. I immediately was interviewed about my condition by a pleasant, intelligent assistant. Within a very few minutes, Dr. Hansen was in the room. He seemed present, well grounded and attentive. He took the time to explain A LOT things about my condition that was inciteful and beneficial to my treatment. I absolutely recommend him and his staff. "5 stars" all the way around.
I love this medical group! Knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and fun. In a setting that could easily become tedious because of suffering and pain, the staff here is always upbeat and happy to help. My provider, Carmen Radford, is amazing. She takes care of all of my needs. She is respectful, kind, and listens to me and any of my concerns or desires. Her medical assistant/nurse, is also amazing. The entire office staff is wonderful as well! I’m happy and confident that this is the place for me!
Dr Hickey is one of the best Doctors I have ever seen and evaluated by . First. He is a very very good listener. Second. He is very kind and courteous caring and professional. Three. Explained all of My condition to me thoroughly gave me all the information I needed with options to let me make an informed discussion about condition. Fourth .
