9/25/25 To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the care and professionalism I experienced during my recent pulmonology appointment. This visit was a much different and far more positive experience compared to my previous one, and I feel it is important to acknowledge when improvements are made. Both of the nurses I interacted with were pleasant, approachable, and easy to work with. Their professionalism set a welcoming tone for the appointment and helped create a supportive environment. My pulmonologist was also excellent. He was very informative, professional, and took the time to acknowledge the progress I’ve made in my health journey. He was eager to answer all of my questions, and his effort to personally walk me out to the front desk and ensure my follow-up was scheduled did not go unnoticed. He explained that I would either be notified or called in about nine to ten months for my yearly check-up, which gives me confidence that the process is now more effective and will help avoid the kind of confusion that occurred in the past. I also want to recognize my own role in making this a better experience. I made sure to approach the visit with an open and receptive attitude, and I believe that contributed to the positive outcome. The truth is, we all played a part in the difficulties of my last appointment, and I am the type of person who prefers to move forward quickly and focus on solutions rather than dwell on setbacks. I am very passionate about accountability in the medical field, but I am equally grateful for healthcare professionals who strive to improve, because those efforts directly benefit patients. This appointment showed me that progress is possible when everyone works together. Finally, I encourage patients to never be afraid to stand up for their health. If you see something or feel something, speak up and make your voice heard—that’s how problems are identified and resolved. I am not suggesting my prior letter alone made the difference, but I do recognize that some of the concerns I raised have been addressed, including those within myself. This feels much more productive, and I am thankful for the opportunity to be part of the solution. Sincerely, Keely M.

You can get handmade custom furniture from Siberia quicker than it takes to get an appointment here! Do not rely on them to call you back! Zero stars if it were an option! Seems like everyone here is sleeping soundly, probably while on the job. The doctor said they’d call me to schedule my next appointment, but of course, they never did. When I called myself two weeks after my initial appointment, the staff acted guilty but couldn’t even muster a real apology. If you can’t figure out why people leave bad reviews… you’ve answered your own question.

I would not recommend. They are not organized, and it could potentially cost a lot, which could be easily avoided. I got a referral from my doctor to have a sleep study, we set up an appointment and I got my blood pressure checked and asked to have a sleep study performed to check for sleep apnea, Dr Sarah L. Zueck recommended a at-home sleep study which I would return to pick up at a later date. I arrived to pick up the equipment and they asked me to sign a form. After reading the form, I would not sign it because it said my insurance would not cover the at-home sleep study. It really seemed like they were trying to pull a fast one and it didn’t seem right. A month later I got a bill for over $500 charging me for checking my blood pressure and for me asking to have a sleep study with a doctors referral. I wish they would have simply told me my insurance was out of network instead of wasting both of our time and sending this crooked bill. The staff was kind, but could benefit from learning how to avoid this happening.

I was left in a room for two hours with constant, repetitive beeping coming from the surgical center. They would not help to locate the noise or provide a quite room for sleep. Three days later, they found the source of the noise, but at this point I had already suffered though the sleep study. Techs were VERY rude when I asked for help getting the sound to stop and told me they would make it stop but never did. We have limited choices in Missoula but I recommend looking at surrounding areas such as Kalispell or Helena if you cannot wait to get in with another clinic locally. If I had to do it again, I would travel out of town to avoid having to complete a sleep study at Providence Sleep Lab.
