Dr. Finch has cancelled my appointment three times with no notice; just saw that it was cancelled on My Chart.

Really disappointed by my experience there. I have obstructive apnea and they told me I had no options bc my tongue is too big, and sometimes they’d tried cutting the tongue. Um, no. I happened to get an ad for American Sleep Dentristry and got a device that holds my jaw in place so my tongue doesn’t fall back. Voila. No snoring. Why wouldn’t you refer people to a dentist instead of cruelly telling them there’s nothing that can be done? Do you care about patients that little? Just because YOU can’t treat it doesn’t mean the patient should suffer. Shame on this clinic.

Can't even get an appointment. I received 3 automated texts asking if I want an appointment. I replied yes, but never received a call back. Waited 30 minutes on hold once and no one ever picked up. Called again and phone was answered but I was told they can't even tell me when an appointment will be available. Couldn't confirm if it will be within 8 months or not. Referred because of high hematocrit and RBC's. Good to know that they are concerned with their patients health! lol

Extremely long waits for appointments. Since the process requires so many appointments, I am going two years now and still do not have my oral sleep appliance. They are unable to send the correct documents to Sleep Alliance, the company they referred me to for my oral device. When I called to follow-up, the receptionist made it seem like I gave them the wrong instructions. She also claimed not to have my insurance, even though I had MyChart up and could see it clearly uploaded there. You will meet with a sleep doctor for one appointment only. All other care is by NP/PAs. There has been a lack of response on MyChart for 8+ days.

Too much to write. But I get told that they haven't submitted the necessary documents to tricare for my sleep study and that because they don't have approval from the insurance that I would need to pay out of pocket.. Asked me if I wanted to reschedule after waiting 3 months for this appointment and then the receptionist laughs at me because I asked them to do their job and send the required documents to my insurance. Glad you guys care about the money - not the people.
