Great experience and very helpful

If I could give no stars I would. I was referred to this place by my primary doctor. Took 4 weeks for them to even call me and set up an appointment that was out a month. I get a call reminder 4 days before the appointment tell them I'm going to be there. Then the day of the appointment 2 hours before it. I get a call telling me they needed to reschedule because they hadn't contacted my insurance to be paid.So they rescheduled me for over a month from the day I was supposed to go in. When I questioned why this wasn't done any of the times I spoke with them they just gave me some excuse that the person should have but didn't. As you can tell by the poor rating this place has, stay away.

I was referred for an in-home sleep study; followup was timely and the tech (nurse?) explained the equipment well. That's the end of the good news. The equipment continually flashed lights indicating disconnected contacts, off and on *all night*. I had to reconnect the buckles that connect everything else to the battery and memory card at least twice. Same with the connection for the cannula measuring breathing from mouth and nose. But the O2 meter? THAT thing disconnected or loosened enough to throw an error at least a half a dozen times, sometimes within seconds or minutes of the last, not counting the finger clasp that was taped on and still wouldn't stay put. Based on the analysis of the data it somehow (!) recorded, I was recommended to return for a CPAP fitting. No thank you. There is no way I can possibly have confidence in the readings from such unreliable equipment. That's a night's sleep and close to $500 paid up front I'll never get back although I wish I could figure out a way. I'd never tolerate that sort of malfunction in my car or washing machine, let alone spend MORE $$ and make a decision about medical treatment based on it.

Horrible customer service. My husband stood at the front desk waiting to attempt to schedule an appointment and the receptionist didnt acknowledge my husband at all she didnt even say as much as "Can I help you with something?". She had him waiting for a good 10 minutes until another worker came and gave him a business card to call to make an appointment. I would much rather give this a negative rating because even a 1 star is to good of a review.

The staff is rude. If you go to school to be a nurse. Make the patient's feel comfortable in your care. If you don't have bed side manner stay home and find a different job. People dont choose to be sick.
