They did not have my take home sleep study ready after having an appointment to pick it up for a month so basically it’s cancelled and who knows how long it might take before actually getting it done. Previously after expecting to come in for an in-office sleep study I was only told RIGHT BEFORE my appointment that my insurance is requesting I do a take home sleep study first, which after driving over an hour to pick it up they did not have. It’s a nice facility that deserves a competent staff although I highly doubt that will happen so will find a professional option outside of the area.
I scheduled an appointment at Prime Pulmonary & Sleep Center and showed up on time, only to sit in the examination room for over an hour with zero updates. No apology, no explanation—just me staring at the same walls, I was so fed up that I finally got up and walked out without ever seeing a doctor, none of the staff said anything to me on the way out just looked at me and smiled as if it was normal and they were used to seing it. If you value your time, go literally anywhere else. This place clearly doesn’t respect patients.
Had an 8:15 am appointment and it is now approaching 9:30am and I still haven’t been seen yet! What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment a few months out and not being able to be seen in a timely matter.
The wait time is insane. It does not matter if you have an appointment. Prepare to wait for atleast a couple of hours before the provider sees you for 5min. Dr. V is very kind and knowledgeable though.
This is a very busy office, and there can be a long wait at times. However, Dr. Bansal is very professional, and caring. She takes her time with your visit, addresses any concerns, revisits and previous issues, and always asks what she can do to help make things better. I am very pleased with her and wouldn't choose anyone else. The staff are all very nice, and also professional, which can be rare in many front offices.
