Waited 2 hours for appointment first visit. Came back for results for sleep study and had to wait too long again. Not going on time again. Loved Isaac the sleep study guy. Very cool.

I don't know where the paperwork went wrong, with my doctor or my insurance but the night of, I told them I had a CPAP machine already, they explained a few reasons why they might repeat it without the machine but I told her I was supposed to be here for testing with a machine because I was still experiencing issues with my current one at home. We did the testing without a machine. It'll likely come back normal or only slightly weird because I've been using one for about a year at home every other night. I'm pretty sure that makes the test useless and I'll have to repeat it Entirely useless and wasted my time,

Doesn't know the difference between a sleep study for someone suspected of having apnea and a titration study for someone already undergoing CPAP therapy, leading to a complete waste of time. Uses the bare minimum time frame and doesn't even leave room for a sleep study to become a split night study, because they take an hour past your appointment time to hook you up (at 10:30) and kick you out at 4:30 am. This is basically the bare minimum accepted time, and doesn't leave room for the 3 hours with a CPAP if apnea is found (if you're there to diagnose and not titrate) Don't waste your night with these people.

I rarely do this but I felt it was well worth the time and effort due to the good experience I had. Never had a sleep study done , nor did I think I needed it. Fortunately I was scheduled twice to come in to this location and it was a very pleasant experience. Let me just start of by saying this process can be nerve racking just because no one is prepared for it and it’s the unknown that can be intimidating at times. With that being said I want to the thanksgiving BEN, he was amazing! He made me feel at ease both times, definitely explained everything and was so calm and relaxed and made things run smoothly. This young man loves his job and patients and you can see it in the way he does his job and how well mannered and spoken he is. Modern medicine make sure you don’t loose a great asset to your company, he definitely is a keeper, because I’ve heard of different experiences from family and friends from other techs. Might I add he was nice enough to let me have a cup off coffee after I was done with my study since I felt a little tired at 4am before driving home. Will recommend this place 110% because of the great experience I had with your tech! Good job BEN!!!!

First impressions are very important! My initial consultation did not impress me. I had a scheduled appointment and waited patiently, but to my surprise that the doctor was on the phone with her internet provider. Her conversation was so loud that I realized that I was waiting for her to finish her complaint with them. I was later lead into the examination room and still waited for her to finish. The doctor later came in briefly and shortly returned to a phone call to the internet company. Majority of my visit was taken up by her rant and complaint to her internet provider. The doctor was so flustered that her train of thought was not of the patient but of the internet provider. Very unprofessional!
