Immensely unprofessional and impossible to get in contact with. I have been trying to contact California Sleep Solutions for over 2 months to pick up my cpap machine. Called and left voice messages and even messaged the texting service that they said “will contact me in 24-48 business hours”. Don’t waste your time. Do better California Sleep solutions.
I had My sleep study done on Sunday 4/21/24. The tech was SO Nice and super sweet. She did an excellent job. But I felt like I was in a dirty motel. The sheets had stains on them. There was a musty smell in the room, and to top it all off when I went to the bathroom under the shelf next to the toilet was a Bright Green Cockroach Trap not hidden in any way. Needless to say I Was so grossed out and was not Comfortable at All while trying to sleep. Had I not HAD to get this study done I would have left. The tech herself was the only reason I gave 2 stars
This company is very disorganized and does not give good service at all. They ran the wrong insurance for me multiple times and then had me come in for an in lab study without getting the necessary prior authorization from my insurance so it wasn't covered at all. Luckily they aren't making me pay the $2600 due since it was their mistake. My husband had a sleep study done as well & they lost the data so he had to redo it then they never sent him the results. Three months later he called & they said he doesn't have sleep apnea eventhough he can feel his throat closing when he goes to sleep. To top all of this off they ran my insurance for his sleep study when he has his own insurance. Completely unacceptable.
I am disappointed in this company. Once I finally got my sleep apnea test done it took them four months to get back to me. And that was only with me calling them every other week and leaving messages. And then they had lost my data so I had to do the test again. When they sent the information over to my doctor, all they sent was a cover sheet. Not a very organized or professional business.
I have repeatedly had to wait for results from California Sleep Solutions. I waited a month for them to send the at home study results to my doctor. Then I had the very uncomfortable in clinic study and here it is 2 weeks later and my doctor does not have the report. You’d think there would be a sense of urgency behind these reports if we’re lacking oxygen!! The bed at the clinic was very uncomfortable. They said I would be out of there by 5:30am. I had to get their attention at 6am. I had to be at work at 7:30! Then she comes in and takes everything off, but doesn’t wipe any of the adhesive off my face and literally disappears! Can I get some wipes or tissue so I can leave without looking like I have snot all over my face?! The quality needs to be improved big time.
