The phone number listed for this lab is completely WRONG. When you call it, you get routed to random departments at Stanford, and absolutely NO ONE helps you get transferred to the Sunnyvale lab. It is unbelievably frustrating and a total waste of time. How can a medical facility not have an accurate phone number for patients to reach them? Fix this immediately—patients rely on accurate information, and this level of disorganization is unacceptable.
Extremely fast service, when I went up for an appointment, everybody was super nice. Solved my nerve damage problem insanely quick and had a very calm atmosphere.
It is a very long wait to become an established patient but it is definitely worth it. I love the attention they have towards my 3 month old. They answer all of my questions and explain everything very throughly.
Had to wait over an hour to drop off pre-collected urine sample. Most of the labs it is a straight drop off in a window. They could have given sticker with the collection box initially and could have had a dedicated place to drop off.
Good and fast service with appointment. The lab technician was so good our kid dint even realize when she poked him. Just greatful for such employees. He was also given a snack after the blood draw. The place is very modern and they have these little pods to sit while waiting that was enjoyed by our spl needs child.
