I had wonderful experience here and a learning processing about the way I sleep. Thank you to Stephanie the Sleep Tech who took care of me and make sure I felt safe thank you ! Woke up with n chest pain also !
I was referred here because my sleep medicine doctor at Stanford left and I had to establish with a new specialist. Super old clinic with terrible waiting room furnished with old Ikea college lamps, no video or tele visits. Front staff was not the most pleasant, kind of rude, but they undoubtedly have a difficult job (being in healthcare myself, I can relate). NP I met for consultation was very sweet but basically went over the 3-page questionnaire I had filled out while I was waiting. And a little frustrating that I had already completed a home sleep study less than a year ago, with no changes in my medical history, and she wanted to retest because I reported that I snore on my STOP-BANG. Dealing with health issues is already so frustrating and difficult, I’ll seek a specialist elsewhere with whom I have a better relationship.
The phone rep didn't know what she was talking about. The office manager was scattered. I've been having sleep studies for over 30 years, and this was the only one that struck me as being unbelievably unprofessional. I would never trust my sleep apnea to anyone associated with this sleep center.
The doctor was so nice but the young receptionist was rude and unprofessional.she texted me about my son appointment and nothing mentioned about the location.when I called her to ask the location.she was very rude and hang up on me.
My PCP referred me to this place to be evaluated for sleep apnea. With my healthy weight and active lifestyle, the MD here didn't want to bother testing me (dock 1 star for this). After looking at my insurance, they authorized the test which was taken cared of by other staff. Test results showed I have severe sleep apnea. Staff helped me get my CPAP machine and replacement parts, all covered by insurance minus copay. I've been getting re-supplied every 6 months for over 2 years now.
