I was going to be a little late so I called to let them know. The Gal on the phone was adamant about letting me know that I had to be there within 10 minutes, almost to the point of rudeness. I made it in 7 minutes. PA was wonderful. Really listened to my questions and concerns. I appreciated that.
I recently had a very good experience at The Sleep Center at Memorial. Monica Favila is very through and answered all my questions. She is always very friendly and has a smile on her face. She is great!! The front desk has new gals that make you feel very welcoming when entering the office. It was a successful appointment 😊

A warm friendly atmosphere, I was greeted promptly upon arrival, and check-in was a breeze. I only had to wait minutes before they called me back for my appointment. The knowledgeable staff put me at ease, explaining the process and procedure. They were quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. They then proceeded to schedule the procedure at a time that was convenient for me. I look forward to working with them soon.
