Money hole, liars, and provide bad service. Billing errors and rude person at the front desk. At first I was told my sleep test was covered then received a $400 bill. The office admitted they made a mistake. Then I was told my supplies would be x amount and I receive a huge bill. The amount keeps changing. Don’t trust these people. Go somewhere else.
Ceilli Smythe is my doctor and I cannot tell you how cared for, seen, appreciated, and understood I feel in her office. Ceilli is funny and warm, she listens with her whole self and ensures all my concerns are addressed with empathy and tenderness. Nothing has ever been taboo or shamed or even raised an eyebrow at. I wish everyone could have a doctor like Ceilli, my physical and mental health are miles ahead of where they used to be, all thanks to her and her incredible care! Thank you Dr Ceili!
The front desk staff was lovely. The man (David Vitello) I saw for my appointment was not. He was unhelpful. Once I told him that I was hoping to have my machine replaced by the end of the year, he wrote me off. He pointed to the sign on the table and told me that it could be 4 months. Then I told him that I would like some help getting back on my current machine, which I brought with me to the appointment. He told me just to use it. That’s it. He gave no advice or help. Basically told me there wasn’t anything they could do for me. He kept interrupting me with more questions on his list when I was answering his questions. Did he have somewhere he needed to go? Was that why he was rushing me and going through the motions of doing his job? This was a completely wasted trip. He wrote a few things down and then sent me on my way. My appointment was at 2:30pm and by 2:47pm, I was back in my car to leave. I couldn’t have spent more than 7 minutes in the room with the guy. I have never been treated this way at NWPC. I shouldn’t even have to pay for this visit because he said and did nothing. My life is the exact same as before my appointment. I am woefully disappointed and will never return to see David Vitello again. What a waste! I will be complaining to the business office about him and my visit.
Updated: there was no confusion. Pure incompetence. Your business should pay my out-of-pocket and deductible on this equipment. But you won’t. Because you won’t take responsibility for your screwup that cost me money out of my pocket. —————- As I just said to the manager of this organization you should read the reviews it says everything about the lack of service and professionalism with your office. They failed to reach out to me to tell me there was any issue with my insurance approval. Insurance gave me proof that they faxed this office. Northwest offers me no proof other than take their word for it that they didn’t get it. Not a call. Not an email. nothing that there was a problem. They don’t take any responsibility. And now in a new year I am told because of their screwup I get to pay towards my deductible and out-of-pocket. When that was all at zero when I came in to see them. The one mistake I made was not reading the reviews before I went into see them. I would avoid them like the plague. it is clear Northwest primary care as an organization does not care when it comes to this office.
The medical care was pretty standard, but the administration was awful. It took them a month to get me scheduled for a sleep study, then their equipment broke and they had to postpone my appointment another month. Now, they have not given me my results for the sleep test in the time they said they would. It has been 4 months since my first appointment for this sleep issue and they have not even completed their first test! I highly recommend going elsewhere if your insurance allows and you want to be able to sleep again in a timely manner.
