absolutely abysmal level of care. feels like if you have a sleep disorder other than sleep apnea they don't care. Were promised a referral to a doctor multiple times but the nurses never did it and told us i just needed more deep breathing and my crippling insomnia that prevents school attendance would disappear. They randomly cancel appointments on you with no explanation or warning and ignore anything you tell them regarding your health. We were repeatedly suggested DBT (a type of therapy) even though we had said previously that it had caused me significant anxiety to the point of panic attacks just at the thought of it. they are OBSESSED with 'sleep hygiene' and don't care if you've said you have tried all of it over and over, they will suggest it any chance they get. maybe it would have been better if we got to see an actual doctor instead of a nurse with no concept of note taking. the department is extremely overstretched and unless you BEG for treatment you will be sent away with a packet suggesting deep breathing and trying harder. and if you really really beg you might get lucky and be given empty promises and false hope. every appointment was useless and costly. Oh and i nearly forgot how rude the nurse was.

If your child is having sleep issues this is definitely the place to go. Brand new facility, with so many things to make you feel welcome. The experience was positive and the staff was very helpful. Don't forget to pack some snacks, because they are limited on what they have. Happy we made it through the night and my child will hopefully get some help with her sleep issues.

Very caring staff! Everyone from the registration staff to the house keepers were so friendly. My son couldn't leave without giving the sleep technician a hug. Aww, she was so great! The provider we saw was very kind and seemed genuine. They are a very busy office which makes me even more impressed that they all have such great customer service and excellent bedside manner.
