Sleep Disorders Clinic

I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. I was initially told my wait time would be 21 minutes. Since then every couple of minutes it comes back on to update the hold time. Every single time the estimated wait time has increased by 2 minutes. So 21 became 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, 39 and now the estimate is 20 minutes. In a dozen or so interactions over the years I have had exactly 0 positive experiences and I feel obligated at this point to warn others. If you EVER need to talk to someone it will NEVER be easy or smooth. ***AMENDED*** after over 30 minutes on hold the estimated wait time dropped down to 11 minutes and then began climbing again 12,13,14,15 minute expected wait time!?!?!?!?! If you have ANY other option for services take it. If you machine has a problem you will be left hanging for days without a solution if you're lucky. This isn't the first time I've had to go through this... I finally talked to someone but they cannot confirm or deny if they even have the replacement part available before I drive 30 minutes to their office. A "Device Person" Daryl is the only one who knows. The fancy box in front of them with a monitor attached cannot tell them if an item is there. I asked, "Isn't it just an item in a closet to the right of you at the front desk? Can't you just look?" "Only one of the 'device people' can do that." Don't expect any support or help they're useless.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. I love my doctor (Dr. Chou) and as an added bonus the front desk and other staff have been awesome too. Everyone is on time, helpful, kind, and answer mychart messages very quickly. Thank you for the great care!

Really is the worst office to deal with when you’re in need of a simple answer or critical cpap supplies. Had to make an appointment to see the doctor because it had been a couple years even though nothing has changed with the use of my cpap. Waited a month for the appointment and now another two weeks has gone by and have yet to receive new supplies. Don’t bother calling, nobody ever answers.

Don't go there. Just... don't. Trust the reviews. They are real. Doctors are decent there. That's why 2 stars, not one. But they seem to be horribly overworked - because they have to do duties of administrative staff (see below). Everything else is horrible. Their staff is not doing their jobs at all. Once they could not send a fax for a month. Now I am waiting for a CPAP machine for over a month - and I don't know how much I will wait. All the calls are left unanswered. Few times I had a doctor picking up a phone and doing a receptionist's job. Billing is... weird. I never ever paid more for medical services than here. And it would be fine with me if the care was outstanding. But it is definitely not, esp. on administrative side of things.

I have always received excellent care for sleep apnea from Dr. Su and the staff at Evergreen Health Sleep Disorders. They listen, make adjustments and treat me with respect and compassion. I appreciate how much more accessible the office is since they moved to the main building. I would recommend their care without reservation.
