The only reason I’m not giving them a one star in which is truly deserved because Maryann and the supervisor Kylie truly saved me MANY MORE MONTHS OF PAIN AND FRUSTRATION. It took well over 3 months to even “receive” my referral not even to process my referral to be seen Maryann heard the desperation in my voice and got me over to her supervisor who helped me get me in for an appointment which was a true blessing due to ent discovering 2cyst in my throat which would’ve still been there if not for the two amazing women I mentioned. A better system needs to be figured out for processing referrals because some people’s lives are at stake and they don’t have MONTHS JUST for a referral to be processed not even an appointment be scheduled

After spending many hours across many, many days trying to just get on the phone with someone here to schedule an appointment after my primary care sent over a referral, I got an appointment set for june (referral was sent over in December). They scheduled me for a virtual appointment, and informed me only a day prior that I would need to call 45 minutes prior to the appointment time to get checked in. Of course, I was unable to get ahold of anyone! When I have had virtual visits through VMFH in the past, I was able to check in, and receive a link to join the appointment through mychart. If they are unable to answer the phone, they should do that instead. I will be asking my doctor to refer me elsewhere.

What an absolute joke good luck getting ANYONE on the phone I've called repeatedly on hold for more than 30 minutes. Finally got through to scheduling only for them to be booked out till September! DO NOT GO HERE. You'll never be seen even with an urgent referral!

I haven't even been here yet and I'm already frustrated and upset with this clinic. My spine doctor sent an urgent referral which I was told was never received. My spine doctor has sent this referral three times and each time I get told it's not received. So now my spine doctor has to call in to Franciscan to even make sure they get my referral because they keep saying they're not getting it even though my spine doctor is very diligent about sending it and has done so multiple times. Again, this is supposed to be an urgent referral. Every time I talk to someone at this Clinic they act like they don't care and have no problem with rushing me off the phone rather than actually helping me and doing their due diligence. They don't want to be accountable and they don't want to consider that maybe the problem is on their end. I guess when I can no longer use my arms I will just file a lawsuit against them.

After I waited nearly 7 months for an "emergency referral" appointment to finally happen, 24 hours before said appointment they decided to reschedule for another 2 weeks out 😂 if the service is worth the 3 weeks it took to even get the appointment, the 7 months it has taken to get in and the rapid worsening of my condition with absolutely no treatment, I'll come back and change my review ✌🏻update: they canceled my appointment again and told me that they are blacked out on appointments until October, if you want to get treatment, don't waste your time with these guys. Update #2: I reached out to patient relations and did receive a callback! I was told they would reach out to the other neurology departments in the Virginia mason family and get back to me by Friday. It is now Saturday and I have had a new referral put in to a different hospital entirely. After having my scans reviewed my referral was rushed and I will be seen early September at the latest. Thank you for wasting my time 😂
