The flobotomist is the nicest person in that place. Despite accepting new patients Ive waited for over a year to here back about my application for a pcp. The staff is rude every time I ask about the status of the application. I honestly think they never sent my application through and are deliberately wasting my time. Frankly a terrible experience.

Dear management...considering Average wait times The most obvious thing in the world to have available for patients at a doctor office/lab that takes samples...water! SMDH
