Not a very professional establishment. Canceled my appointment on me since the nurse practitioner was not going to be there. Did not reschedule right away since I needed to check my availability. Every time I visited I always stopped by the counter on the way out and was told I was good to go. Never received a call back for anything. Not to schedule an appointment or let me know I owed 52 dollars. If so very simple to take care of. I always thought the appointments were just schemes to make money off of the insurance company since you pretty much go in and walk right back out after being told everything looks great. They just want you to come so they get that insurance money. Well it’s been about 3 weeks since they canceled on me and never rescheduled. Today I get called by a collection agency saying I owe 52 bucks lol. What a joke. I called right away and paid the bill and expressed my opinion on how they operate . I guess I should look for a more respectable establishment to do business with.Don’t get upset because you can’t get that free money. Just call your customers and talk to them. Do better for others please.

I had an excellent experience here. My doctor referred me to Sleep South and I was able to get an appointment at the Prattville location. From the moment I arrived they were ready to work with me for any of my specific needs. My sleep tech, which was a wonderful young lady, answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. The process of getting hooked up to the wires was easy and I was able to get comfortable in the room. Everything was very clean and the rooms and bathrooms were extremely well kept. From start to finish on my first night, they took great care of me. I had my diagnosis in two business days, and a new appt scheduled to help set up my treatment. My second appt, I was fortunate to get the same tech again and just as before, she was fantastic to work with. I stayed in a different room this time and was still very comfortable. I'm looking forward to hearing again from the doctor/nurse staff about directions on my treatment. I would definitely recommend Sleep South for any of your sleep needs!

Friendly staff with great services. Very warm and comforting facility in krder to have your sleep study.

My doc referred me for a sleep study here at the Prattville location and it went very well for me. Within the span of 2 weeks I was tested, diagnosed, and treated. They called me soon after my doctor referred me to them and set me up an appt within the week. Darryl was very kind through the process of preparing and conducting the sleep test, the room was comfortable, and overall I felt taken care of during my study. I was provided the results the next day, where we also set up the following appt for further testing for two weeks out (my choice). They called me a few days later and offered a sooner appointment, which I was fortunately able to take. That next Monday they had my testing results and treatment ready. I would definitely recommend.

I was referred and made an appointment for a sleep study. After calling and making the appointment, I was told I would get confirmation email and to explain the process, what to bring etc. I rearranged work schedule and jumped thru other hoops for this appointment. I did not get the email so I called,,was on hold long time, transferred a few times. Then I was told I had to have a consultation visit first, which could only be done on another date, plus the sleep study had to be rescheduled. Would have been great if they had told me this up front. I work out of town so I made a lot of arrangements for this appointment. Obviously not pleased with their competence. I wouldn’t recommend Sleep South, there are other choices. Very disappointed and unacceptable.
