The sleeping facilities were clean, private and well maintained. Amenities included: a large color, remote controlled T.V. with free cable, a very comfortable bed with clean fresh linen, and a couple of clean, well stocked unisex bathrooms. The personnel were extremely nice, talkative , professional, and very patient to and confident in explaining each part of the process. They gave detailed explanations of what they were doing and what my choices were.
The first night I went in Shane was there and did the sleep study. He was very kind answered all of my questions and knew his job thoroughly. I received a phone call in reference to the study showing. I have severe sleep apnea and went back for a CPAP study Again. Shane was there and did an amazing Job. Once the CPAP said he was done. I went to receive my CPAP. The lady that explained everything to me showed me how to work the CPAP and gave me all that I needed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well if you aren’t sleeping well and suspect you might have sleep apnea. It's was a great experience for me. It was my very first time, and I was s lil nerves but they made me felt comfortable. They did check on me regularly. The nurses was so kind and helpful. Even when I went for my interview they were extremely nice. The nurse practincer she explained everything to me ,she was very nice and helpful. Over all everyone was so kind
To begin with, the staff at this facility, both daytime and night time technicians, are excellent. They're professional, pleasant and very competent. Based on their service alone I would give this business a 5-star rating. They all deserve it! The actual facility itself is what I'm rating as 3 stars. There are two bathrooms available for the 6-8 patients who are spending the night for sleep studies. When I was there one of the bathrooms was out of order. The other bathroom had a toilet that was not secured to the floor properly and was wobbling alarmingly. Two weeks later the bathroom is still out of order. The building itself needs a bit of maintenance so the people sleeping there at night can feel comfortable.
