Montgomery Pulmonary Associates

My case manager & myself have been calling for a while and are always getting the "you've called outside business hours message" when in fact it's always within business hours (according to the recording). You cant even leave a message & no alt. Number. Who needs to breath right? 🤦‍♀️

Can somebody in authority Or someone that actually cares contact me as a patient for my prescription. This is my fourth phone call Since August 2025. Was told I had to commit to see somebody, so I paid the hundreds of dollars and was seen on September 3. Since then, I’ve called four times and each time told all they can do is send a message because Express script requires electronic submission. After 2 years as a patient it’s all an issue. I AM ALWAYS TOLD ITS THE OTHER OFFICE LOCATION THAT IS AT FAULT. I’ve gone a month without my medicine ITS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. HELP!

NOT IMPRESSED!! I was a patient several years ago with Dr. Williams. I had a sleep study and got a CPAP machine. It was life-changing. Fast forward to today. My machine finally quit and I called to see if they could fill out more paper work so that I could get another one covered by insurance. Keep in mind getting another one without insurance would be $800!!! Their office told me they would not fill out the paper work, and would not see me until February of next year!!!!!!!! WHAT???? So noone cares that a person could die of a stroke or heart attack due to sleep apnea??? February is 6 mos away!!!!! Montgomery Pulmonary Consultants, you need to do better for your patients! I do not recommend you trust this group.

I recently visited Montgomery Pulmonary and I can't express enough how impressed I am with the entire experience. My oncologist had recommended that I go to Montgomery Pulmonary Consultants for asthma testing.It took them MULTIPLE calls from my doctor and three months for anyone at Montgomery Pulmonary to call me back with an appointment. Finally I got an appointment that was several months away. On June 26 someone from the office left me a message stating that I needed to confirm my appointment or it would be cancelled. The following morning, June 27 at 9:23 am I called the office and spoke with the receptionist to confirm my appointment. She gave me directions to the office and reminded me to bring my scans and paperwork. Then, that evening I received an automated message reminding me of my appointment on July 2. When I arrived at my appointment I was told they left two messages and never confirmed so they cancelled me. I found that to be unacceptable since they only left one message and I had called the receptionist the next morning to confirm my appointment. I was told my appointment had been given to someone else but if I wanted to wait the rest of the day the doctor would see me as her last appointment. That was completely unacceptable as their receptionist made the error. Is that really how they run their business? Patients shouldn't have to suffer because of incompetent staff. Dr Vyas may be a fantastic doctor, but considering how poorly she runs her office I am not confident in her expertise so I will be going somewhere else for treatment.
