Very kind, professional and considerate staff. The room was also more comfortable (included a queen bed, recliner and a bit of art on the wall) and comforting than expected. A Golden Girls special was even on the tv when I got there and that’s a comfort show of mine since childhood!
Brittany was a great technician and helped me get through the night. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Kind of different than being in your own bed, but she made the whole experience good for me.
I have never had a sleep study and I pray that I never have to have another one.😊 I arrived with a lot of unnecessary anxiety and stress, because I had no idea of what to expect. I had spoken with over 10 people and had received 10 different answers as to what would occur. The only answer that was concurrent was they would put a glue type substance in my hair. Needless to say, upon my arrival BAILEY was a godsend. His presence and demeanor was absolutely amazing. He walked me through everything that would happen and he assured me that everything would be alright. He was a true gentleman and I am thankful to God for assigning Bailey to walk with me through the unknown. Lesson learned: Trust God to walk with me through the unknown. Kudos to BAILEY!
I had a wonderful experience. Angela K. Was attentive and knowledgeable. She was kind and swift, got me right to bed and up early as requested. Easily done on a work night for efficiency. Scheduling was done quickly. Clean space, comfy bed. Showers in room for convenience.
