I just did my sleep test last night here. I felt comfortable and was treated with empathy and respect. This place and their staff is amazingly professional. I have severe sleep apnea and honestly I can't live without these guys in my life to help me. I was worried about my life expectancy before I came here and now I feel refreshed knowing that there are things I can do to help my situation and tools to help me actually sleep.

DO NOT GO THERE. I had my first sleep study done in late 2020 and my prescription was transferred to them for my machine and supplies, so I have tried to continue to deal with them sense. My prescription CLEARLY states, "the length of need of the above equipment/supplies will be for 99 mo/lifetime use." In 2023, when I needed a new machine, they claimed I needed a new prescription "because insurance requires it" which I don't believe was true, and they set me up with one of their providers, who of course, billed $$$. She wrote a new prescription that also CLEARLY states its for "99 mo/lifetime use." A month after selling me the new machine, they called claiming I had to have a follow-up appointment or "insurance won't pay" for the new machine. I said NO, and my insurance company had no problem with it. Now, they are claiming I need ANOTHER updated prescription just to order supplies, which is NOT true. My prescription doesn't expire for 76 months! ALSO, whenever I have called them I have had to sit on-hold for at least 30 minutes and sometimes longer in order to talk to anyone.

the difficulty I have experienced and continue to experience with the phone system, patient portal, and scheduling protocols are simply unacceptable and have made the experience a huge and aggravating frustration for me. Valley Sleep Center is the total opposite of easy to do business with

I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of sleep medicine. My provider, Isabella Izdebski is absolutely awesome. I am very satisfied with the care I've received, though I do feel their patient portal and scheduling systems are a bit clunky. Also, it's bit difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone, but those are my only critiques. Overall, I am very happy with this practice.

The appointment was easy to pick up, strict return policy. I felt it was a hassle to get results from them and it was even worse to pay the bill. To pay onljne, you have to reach their billing service which they is often unavailable, for a login and password. It took four attempts just to pay. Make it easier on your patients to do right.
