My husband was shot in the hand by a nail gun. Thankfully it did not hit the bone. Sara Purvis CRNP and nurse Casey were AWESOME. We were in and out in 45 min. The nail was successfully removed and he is doing great. What a wonderful experience start to finish. Thank you ER staff for being kind, swift and professional. You made this such a smooth experience.

My three year old was admitted to the ER Thanksgiving night. The nurses were amazing and caring once they realized the doctor refused to attend to our child. He only looked at my child once the entire 4 hour duration we were there. Our toddler was never administered pain medication or anything until our discharge hours after (children’s Tylenol). He also looked in the wrong area, the correct area of injury was noted on his chart when he was admitted. He then told us that the bleeding stopped and left us in the hallway on a hospital bed with our child who continued to bleed from the mouth so intensely it spilled onto the floor for the next few hours. My husband and I were the only ones for hours trying to stop our toddler from bleeding in a hospital. We took pictures on the blood and soiled rags for documentation. The doctor at one point came over to ask how we were doing and left in the middle of the answer. We also observed him taking strolls around the ER with headphones in singing instead of attending to anyone. I would literally rather go back to using VA hospitals than come back here.

When I saw that Monica the tech for the mammogram was there I felt relieved. Monica is capable competent and caring. Although it is not a fun procedure Monica knows how important it is to perform this procedure as accurately. Monica was supportive and pleasant. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise.

Our family had an outstanding experience at Andalusia Health during my dad's week-long stay. The ICU nurses went above and beyond in every aspect of his care, truly compassionate, attentive, and professional. The doctors and all other staff members, including at the ER, were equally exceptional, taking time to explain everything clearly and making us feel supported throughout his treatment. We had a similar experience with our mother earlier in the year. We are incredibly fortunate to have a hospital like Andalusia Health in our community. Thank you to everyone who helped my dad recover. We will absolutely return here whenever we need care again. Highly recommend!

I’ve used this pediatric group for my children since 2006, so for almost 20 years (when they were Covington Pediatrics) and they have always been absolutely awesome. Easy appointment scheduling, short wait times, and great staff and providers. In 19 years I have never had a single complaint. I even continued to use them after we moved about an hour away, over a period of 10 years. They were worth the drive even though there was a pediatric clinic in that town. I have been twice this month with my youngest and nothing has changed but the name. They are still a stellar pediatrician office and we are lucky to have them here in Andalusia.
