Horrible at communicating and discriminate against patients with Autism. If you’re nuerodivergent, find another sleep provider.

Josh Warren and his staff always go the extra mile to make sure your visit and any problems are addressed quickly and efficiently. I wish all doctors and their staff were this caring and efficient. Thank you for all you do for your patients.

I have struggled with insomnia for more than 45 years. Other physicians that I have visited have paid little attention to my sleep issues, and in fact did not seem interested in getting to the root cause of why I haven’t been able to sleep very well since I was in elementary school. But Dr. Patterson was different. Dr. Patterson was the most kind and professional doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. She gave me more information in 30 minutes than I’ve been able to accumulate over four decades. There was never a hint of condescension nor did I feel rushed. She’s highly intelligent, fully engaged with her patients, and her bedside manner is impeccable. She not only earned my respect, trust and patronage, but I will refer every person I know that has sleep issues to her. I highly recommend Dr. Patterson and her entire staff. Update (Jan 10, 2024). I want to add Jessica to this 5-star review. A better, more caring, more compassionate CRNP you will NOT find. She's terrific. Lovely by every definition of the word, never rushes through our sessions, listens with intent, and then quickly takes action on behalf of her patients. Love Dr. Patterson, love Jessica, love this practice. They are the ONLY team that has helped me at all in 50 years of extreme insomnia. Highest recommendation possible!

Everyone I’ve seen at UAB has been wonderful. I’ve never once felt rushed, even by nurses over the phone. They take time to listen and treat you like they are truly invested in your health. They provide a level of care, respect, and attentiveness that makes a huge difference and stands in clear contrast of too many professionals outside of the UAB system. They work together, within and across clinics, to make sure you’re getting the most comprehensive care and It’s been ABSOLUTELY LIFE CHANGING.

I was quite pleased by my experience and impressed by both my doctor, Susan Harding, and the sleep tech, Alex. Both were thoughtful and responsive, and the surroundings are as good as can be expected when you're hooked up to electrodes in a strange room!
