Had a follow-up w/a Nurse Practitioner there. I was the only one in the waiting room. Got called back. Sat in the exam room waiting for an hour while the nurse practitioner chatted w/ her Dr for the entire time. I could hear the loud conversation. 80% of it was non work, anecdotal. They expect you to be on time or at least there within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. When I addressed my complain to the CRNP and the DR with which she was having a conversation, they acted surprised and tried to gas-light me as if I didn't hear the topics of their non-work conversation. They seemed surprised that I would be upset about waiting an hour past my scheduled appointment so that they could talk. I didn't feel like I was treated as patient or a customer. More like a product within a monopolistic healthcare system.
