There is something seriously wrong with this hospital and it's staff. Take the sheets off and do what professionals do. Help not hurt people. I've been in hospitals around the world but not one of them was this bad. Close it or hire professionals. To all patients if possible go to other facilities in area. This place is not a hospital. In time someone will die because of their incompetence. Their rudeness and incompetentness is unheard of in a civilized world.

I was referred by my Primary to go the ER for testing of my issues - I was skeptical but in pain. I arrived and there was nobody waiting. The receptionist got my info and sent me straight to triage. She too was quick and very pleasant. My nurse was Amanda - TOP NOTCH. She was kind, caring, answered every question and helped me get comfortable. Series of tests were ordered by Dr. Sweeney who was also outstanding. Wonderful bed side manor and was thorough. He didn’t leave any room for questions. The CT scan and ultrasound techs were also so very kind. Dr. Sweeney and Amanda came back several times to check on me while waiting for results. I was then referred to Dr. Brinkerd and ultimately underwent surgery today at St. Vincent’s Chilton. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for the staff throughout this entire ordeal. Thank you so much. On the mend now. Well done Team!

This has got to be the worth hospital ever. This has to be the place that they send people with Temu college degrees or doctors/nurses who have ZERO aspirations for their career or care for their patients. My girlfriend and I came to the ER in hopes they would drain a cyst. We left after 3 and a half hours finally, with 2 blown out veins and barely stuck it on the 3rd try (for an IV mind you). The veins were very clear and almost seemed impossible to miss but for the doctors here. All the while we are waiting for 45 min with an empty IV bag before they came to check on it, in which case they just walked in and very sloppily yanked the needle and hose around. In easy words this place SUCKS and I think I’d rather bleed out than waste my time with this place being the last thing I saw. Also a big thing I feel, there wasn’t a “help” button anywhere in our room.

I’ve been told numerous times not to go here and I definitely understand why. I’ve had a horrible cough for a week. It’s been so bad that it was making me throw up from how forceful the coughs have been. The nurse that worked in triage was the most unsympathetic and rude person. I told her what was going on with me and she proceeded to say “so you came here for a cough? What do you want us to do? Give you antibiotics or cough medicine?” Then proceeded to ask me if I was sure that “I wasn’t just having acid reflux.” If I wanted cough medicine I would’ve just went to CVS. I came there to be seen by a doctor and figure out what was going on with me. I 100% would not recommend this place to anyone. I will mention though that the lady at the front desk was super kind and the only positive about the experience.

Something is seriously wrong with this hospital. I have seen people, gushing blood and having to sit and wait in the lobby. In the middle of the night, I had a bad fall and fractured a bone. I drove myself there. They stuck me one of the rooms in the ER and forgot about me. Five hours later, someone finally came to take X-rays. I have taken people to the ER there. NO ONE was waiting to be seen in the lobby. And we still had to wait an hour to be seen. This place is a mess.
