We, Lorenzo and Della Williams appreciate all the staff of ER and the 3rd floor team of nurses, doctors and other staff members for being there for us. From Saturday morning and days past they are very well qualified for what they do. Thank you thank you so much for being patient with my husband Lorenzo and understanding what he is going through at the moment and then some.we appreciate everything the staff has done and still doing for us at this time. I had the best care ever .I was amazed by this ladies care and compassion..I have to say I actually enjoyed every minute of this visit. I would love to see this ladie be compensated for the job she does. She was nothing short of excellences.i am pretty sure her name was Dalynn. I want to thank her for the visit I had. Also where I signed in that lady was very sweet I was having trouble finding my debit card and she just kept assuring me it was fine to take my time. Great staff !!!
I came in the ER with a suspected blood clot. Dr Browning and his crew got right on taking care of me. Ended up I did have a blood clot and got admitted. I was on 3 rd floor. The team up there was so kind and caring. I had Darlene my first night and she is a gem. Then Lupae for the night shift. She was so sweet. Such great nurses! Then Alisha was the star of the show. She explained things when I had questions and was came when I called. She was amazing! If the student she has, turns out like her then we will have another fabulous nurse! The techs were fabulous. The nursing students had great attitudes and their bed side manner was excellent. Let’s not forget Dr Kargbo. He was outstanding. Thanks for everything. Housekeeping was so friendly. Even though I’m a Medical Assistant myself and I’m use to taking care of others it was humbling to have my extended coworker family take care of me. I appreciate every single one of y’all. To be on the other side and know I can depend on my team to care for me as wonderful as they did is worth 10 gold stars.
I had a wonderful experience at Baptist Health Citizens Hospital! I was very hesitant about going there due to the fact that I’ve always gone to big hospitals in Birmingham and wasn’t sure what the resources or quality of care would be like but I was blown away. The nurses, techs, and doctors were phenomenal! The food was great! The bed was actually surprisingly more comfortable than the one I was in post delivery at UAB. I was very happy with my care while admitted for 4 days.
