Southern Sleep Clinics - Enterprise

I have never met Dr. Lebowski and I have been going to Sleep Center over 10 years. But I trust him. The staff is incredible and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I just became eligible for Medicare and I also have TRICARE. The name of the doctor given to me for a sleep study wasn’t the doctor that I was used to, but under the impression that I had no choice I made an appointment and went to the sleep study. I didn’t want to stay. In fact, I told my friend in a text when I got there that it felt strange and I wanted to leave. But I stayed because that’s who they told me to go to. I was told that I didn’t need a CPAP machine anymore. I had surgery, unrelated to this situation, the week before and was told by staff that I had issues in recovery because I didn’t have my CPAP machine.When I finally got an appointment with my primary care doctor he told me that I could go for a second opinion and that I could go to anyone I wanted to. So I called Dr. Lebowski office and was told that I could no longer come there because I had seen another doctor. What is this a break up? lol I was told I had to go back to the doctor I had the study with. Im not allowed a second opinion or allowed to see who I considered my doctor. Now I am without any doctor in this area and will need to go outside of a 50 mile radius. It just doesn’t seem right. Hoping it will be someone I can trust. Not angry. Just very disappointed and very concerned that I will have to travel alone to a place I don’t know anything about.

Dr. Lebanowski was just one of the rudest and most arrogant doctors I have ever been too. I have gone to him for 7 years (usually got his nurse practitioner, Rebecca) and my family physician wrote me a prescription for a new sleep machine because I was seeing her an few weeks ahead of him. He was very nasty because I did this and then told me she could take over my sleep care! He closed my folder & fired me! I guess he forgot we pay him. He actually works for us… I have never been to such a rude doctor in my life. He wanted me to have the sleep test, which I would have done if he hadn’t gotten so nasty - he wasn’t getting the big bucks for the sleep test was most likely his problem. He couldn’t beg me on his knees to go back because I never would and I would never recommend him to anyone…

Ms. Caine is amazing. Absolutely wonderful at trying to find a solution for my insomnia. However, the office staff leave A LOT to be desired (from my understanding everything is handled in the Dothan office so this review would pertain more-so to that office). For 3 weeks I've been trying to get a PA completed so insurance will cover my prescription. I've called and left messages. I have not received a return call, no status updates, nothing. I've had my insurance call them directly as well, still nothing. My follow-up is in 3 more weeks. SMH if I can't try the prescribed meds because they are failing to do their part, I'm not sure what the point is in a follow-up visit.

First just getting them on the phone takes effort, then when you do get hold of them they waist your time. Wait two weeks sending in required documentation then get told “Ow the Doctor really doesn’t like to take clients that have already had the sleep study” could of at least told me that when I started

I really don't want to be a Karen but this place is beyond ridiculous. I've called SEVERAL times in attempt to make a sleep study appointment and each time they transfer me to a "Kayla" to leave a message. She never returns my calls and they basically give you the go around each time you call. Beyond upset and I won't be going here.
