First time ever having a sleep study and I was a little nervous until I stepped in their door. Freda greeting me and was so nice and made me feel at home. The place smelled so good and very clean. The rooms are like home and the best was really comfortable. They even had a large fan that worked great if you are one of those sleepers! I didn’t even have to use mine. They have a quilt on the bed so if you want more bring a cozy blanket. Even though I brought my own pillows, theirs were comfortable and used the extra ones. They even provided a cup of coffee in the morning. If you need a sleep study I would definitely schedule it there.
The facility is VERY clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and does whatever it takes to make your experience pleasant. That being said, the whole experience is improved DRASTICALLY by Ms. Glenda. She went above and beyond and even farther to make sure every thing is handled the correct way. You can definitely tell she loves what she does and cares for the patients there.
Had to come here for a follow-up sleep study to double check my settings after some years. Had my first experience with Ms. Freeda. She was wonderful!! Pleasant, great attitude, and personable. She would be a wonderful example for any and all nurses to learn from in dealing with patients having to go through a long study while being monitored.
I HIGHLY recommend this office for your sleep study. I had had one before at another office and it was not as good of an experience. The sleep tech here, Freeda, is a pro! She's friendly and excellently accommodating. The room I was in felt like my own bedroom. The bed was a good size (queen/full) there's a TV, writing desk, bedside lamps and even a floor fan for those of us that like it cool or just need a fan for background noise. They have really thought of everything, including a coffee wakeup :) Cudos!
I had a sleep study done here and I got lucky to have Regina Pitts as my nurse. She is exceptional! Ms. Pitts is very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. My overnight stay at this clinic was comfortable and stress-free due to her excellent care. The rooms are nice, cozy and clean. I highly recommend Enterprise Sleep and Diagnostics!
