Been waiting 2 months to have a sleep study that requires me to stay overnight and the next day as well. They called me to see if I wanted to be moved up to Sunday night and Monday instead of Monday night and Tuesday and I said sure. A couple of hours later they called me back and said they needed to cancel because their Sunday night tech was going to be out and I said that's okay just put me back on Monday and Tuesday. They said they already give that spot to someone else and would have to reschedule me. I missed 2 days of work unpaid for them to screw me out of my appointment.
Wonder experience, didn't meet one person here that didn't go out of their way,seemed everyone there loved their jobs, and all went out of their way to make me comfortable and made sure I understood everything. .
