The service was great! The noise laughing and talking in the hallway during at shift change from morning to evening and waking me umlthru 6am was awful! Then why wake me at 11pmfor a quick bath and sheet when I've already had it done by the nurse and my daughter? Other than these things the care from nurses and doctors were great.
I was admitted into Baptist Desoto hospital for 4 days! They took great care of me! Extra kudos to one of my night time nurses Megan she was Johnny on the spot and took extra care of me and my needs while I was in there. Dr. Crawford did an amazing job with me explained everything thoroughly was very kind and gentle and very knowledgeable. Overall experience was Awesome!
This is a review for the outpatient my procedure went well, but major shout out to Nurse Charolette in outpatient nights. She’s fantastic and passionate about what she does. She was the highlight of my night if I could stay there all night and talk to her I would that’s how sweet & concerning she was🫂 thank you Charolette I pray you continue to strive in all that you do. Thank you Baptist for taking the load off my shoulders.
I was hospitalized for a head injury from a kitchen cabinet and went to Baptist Memorial Hospital. The exceptional treatment & care received during my stay was with such professionalism. They were attentive and compassionate. The nurses & caregivers consistently checked on me every 20 minutes to insure I was comfortable & had everything I needed. Whenever I pressed the call button, someone responded immediately, which gave me great peace of mind. Even while I was waiting to be seen by a neurosurgeon, other specialist and staff members made sure I was cared for and never felt neglected. Although there was a short wait for the specialist, the attention & reassurance I received from the rest of the team made the experience smooth & comforting. I wholeheartedly recommend Baptist Memorial Hospital to anyone in need of medical attention. My husband was in great hands in the ER and in the hospital. The 8th floor where room 832 is found had wonderful nurses and staff. Nurse Shannon Smith went way and beyond her duty to find us a walker, reclining chair and shower chair for my husband to use. All the nurses that worked the days my husband was there were very professional but once they figured out that my husband was a funny ‘character’, they joined in the fun and joked around with him. It made his 6 days stay in hospital not so bad. Dr Yancey, his kidney doctor, and the other doctors that made up my husband team to get him well were fabulous! They came in everyday to talk about the teams’ plan to get my husband, Lannie well!! I just can’t tell you enough how thankful we are to have an outstanding hospital to rely on when we become sick. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to praise the Baptist DeSoto Hospital for excellent service we received to get my husband on the mend. ❤️🩹 😊 Danna Smart
