Awesome experience. The facility is really nice. They keep it spotless from the lobby to the emergency room. Every person I interacted with was nothing less than the most upmost professional. The women at the front desk and those conducting the MRI were awesome. So friendly and explained every step of the procedure!
From the time I entered the Hospital Door I was showed great Customer Service. The receptionist was polite and courteous. The Nurse who came and took me and my daughter to the Cuticle was absolutely amazing. He provided us with warm Blankets. Dr. Norton and the Nurse with him was absolutely spectacular. The Nurses who administered the Anthesis were extremely great and explained everything they were done. I was informed by Dr. Norton the procedure would only take about ten minutes and that exactly how long it taken. You have a great caring Medical Staff.
My whole experience was so good. I went Into the ER with a heart attack , and from Then until I was moved to the 5th floor Cardiac floor. I could not have asked For better care. I was treated with kindness, Professionalism, and patience!! Kat Emily, Rico, BillyGlen Kayla dr. flautt, and Others I can’t name. Including the Kitchen staff and the cleaning lady! I Was in room 5130 and every one Was so kind and patient with me! I told Them I would just stay another week! I Thank Baptist Memorial Hospital for Profiding such a wonderful, competent staff!
Doctor ordered cardio gram at 8 am and I had to wait until 6 pm to get it done. Nick left and went home and nobody could find him. I finally got to go home but probably got charged with another day in the hospital. No wonder health insurance is so high.Everything else was good .
We were treated quickly and thoroughly. We were given the option to try to stay overnight. We chose to come home. Brody was the NP on duty and he was great. Very personable. Skye was our charge nurse and she has a great disposition and was helpful. As good an experience as you can have under the circumstances!
