Excellent experience. The doctors and staff went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Dr Wood, surgeon, was excellent. He spent a lot of time with me both in and out of the OR. The nurses were great in spite of me being a horrible patient. Couldn’t ask for a better environment to heal

I had an appointment with 2 separate doctors. Dr. Alexander and Dr. French Dr. Alexander’s office was very professional and all his staff were friendly and accommodating of all my needs. Dr. French’s office-his nurse Kim was very friendly and helpful. She gives the best shot ever. His tech Sherri was friendly and greeted us with a smile. His whole staff including Dr. French always go above and beyond.

Had a very positive experience with the ER medical team. Went in with a bone dislocation and received immediate attention. Nurse's and doctor's were professional and friendly. Made me feel like I was among friends and they had my best interest at heart.

I recently had an ER visit and overnight hospital stay. Staff from every department were wonderful. They were very attentive to my needs, thorough, and competent. I couldn’t have asked for a better care team. On the other hand, I was shocked at the overall appearance of the hospital. It has been a few years since I had been there and from the grounds to the patient room…..the whole campus needs attention and updating. Andersons, at one time, was a premier facility that was superbly maintained and you were proud to be affiliated either as an employee, patient, or both. That isn’t the case anymore. I hope things will improve.

I had such a wonderful experience at the MRI Center for my abdomen scan, which included both scans with and without contrast. The moment I walked in, the facility felt welcoming and clean, and the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and was super professional. I got checked in right away and was taken to the lab without any hassle. They quickly drew my blood and set up the IV, and honestly, it all took just a few minutes! What really stood out to me was how attentive and caring the staff at Baptist Anderson were. You could really feel that they genuinely care about their patients. The team in the MRI room was absolutely amazing! They made the whole process, which can sometimes be a bit stressful, feel so easy and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic care team! The radiologist was quick to review my MRI results and entered them into the system, which allowed me to see them before my internal medicine doctor even had a chance. Thanks to their speedy work, I was able to enjoy a worry-free Memorial Day weekend! Thank you all so much for the great care!
