I was sent here to have my sleep apnea tested. Had to do a home test first and then they claimed it wasn't good enough and I had to come in and do an in lab study overnight. They have my insurance information already given to them. After a month had passed and still had not received my results, I received a bill from them. When I called, I was told to reach out to my primary caregiver. My doctor's office said they have not received anything results yet and that they had history with St Francis not communicating well in the past. A short time later I also received another bill for a third doctor that I've never seen or even heard of. At this time I had reached my deductible but the bills were more than my deductible. When I contacted Saint Francis sleep study, the lady that answer the phone seemed like she was going to help me and ask for me to send all my billing to her so they can take a look at it. Heard nothing after a month, again. When I reach back out by email, I was told in a nice but rude way to take my issues up with the financial department. Even though they had my insurance information they sent my lab results to be read by a doctor that was outside of my insurance network, twice! This left me having to come out of pocket to pay the out of network doctor. After months later of receiving my sleep equipment from a another medical provider, St Francis decided it's was to be okay to call me at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning to do a survey. The audacity of these people to have the nerve to call me so early on the weekend after they didn't have enough time to help me with something they caused me to come out of pocket. If you ever have to have a sleep study done and your doctor refers you to this place, ask for a second location

Staff is very kind, attentive, and welcoming. Any questions I had, they took the time to explain. The front desk lady made me feel at ease and made sure I had what I needed. Over all, a very pleasant experience even as afraid of doctors' offices as I may be.

No one on the day shift ever answers the phone and if you leave a mess on the phone, thinking someone will me back. Day 1, 3 weeks before, my GP told me, " someone will be in touch " so 2 weeks later. They called said, " we now have the doctors notes. I said, Great !.. THE DAY OF THE TEST, I CALLED 5 TIMES, AND NEVER EVEN PICK UP THE TO CALL ME. I HAD QUESTIONS. I did call my insurance to get some help and they answered some of my concerns. So, after 7p.m. I called and someone answered right away. Very Super Nice person. In fact both people I had my sleep test with was super sweet and nice.. to DAY SHIFT ... pls pls answer the phone.

We have used the St Francis sleep lab twice. Both times insurance was filled incorrectly and insufficient records were sent to the doctor MONTHS after the sleep study. The first time it took 9 months before I could get my cpap machine. The second time, they gave my husband only the titration study (2nd part) and not the first Overnight part. So Medicare wouldn’t pay and he still didn’t have a cpap after 4 months. Now we have to have the first part done correctly— which means another overnight in a sleep lab. We will be using a different lab. We will NEVER use St Francis again and recommend no one else use them either.
