My husband did a sleep study here via referral. The study was supposed to be faxed back to his military primary care doctor. It never was so 1 year later I had to come back and get the sleep study. Upon pick up I noticed immediately his weight was completely wrong. They had marked him 60 lbs over weight!! He has NEVER weighed that in his life. If anyone knew his particular line of work, they would know not a single man that does what he does is out of shape much less overweight!! The tech that did his study wrote down the wrong weight and it has been a nightmare to get corrected. None of his medical paperwork matches the weight on this sleep study so the study is being flagged! I have offered to provide proof of his weight from a year ago around the time he got the study done as he had other Dr visits and weigh ins as well, with no help from anyone at all! Additionally, I got a call and voicemail stating that my husband wrote down the weight himself which is IMPOSSIBLE. Someone either wrote it down and falsified medical information as they take weight, height, etc. I have NEVER heard of a patient writing down their own weight and other metrics at intake. Someone is lying here and no one is willing to help correct this issue. I’m at the point where I’m this close to filing a formal complaint to the medical board because these providers are not vetting their staff! The BARE minimum is getting height and weight correct, and they can’t even do that!
My recent visit to the Sleep Center exceeded all expectations. The facility was spotlessly clean, and the staff's professionalism was evident at every step. The technicians were highly skilled and attentive, making me feel completely at ease during my sleep study. The sleep specialist provided excellent follow-up care, thoroughly explaining my results. The entire experience reflected a top-tier medical facility committed to patient care. I would highly recommend!
The sleep study, process and results were fine. My issue is i have been asking for over 3 months for my bill, which they will not send. I have never had to beg a company for a bill. They keep asking me to pay over the phone, but I am not giving my credit card number over the phone to a live person. How hard is it to send a bill?
Had my sleep study done here and the tech was great, and that’s about all. I’ve been waiting on my results for over a month as well has my doctor. Multiple calls have been made requesting my results and i was told that they were putting them in the mail as we spoke, well that’s been over 3 weeks now and no one will answer the phone or return calls after leaving messages. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and i will also be making a complaint to the VA as to not use them anymore. Such a lack of professional standard by the office manager.
Overall the sleep study was fine. The person doing it ended up leaving my TV on all night and it was so bright. Good breakfast in the morning, and it was comfortable. However, I can’t get them to fax my results to my primary and it’s been over 2 weeks. I can’t sleep and need my results to figure out next steps. They won’t answer voicemails or emails and I’m just annoyed. They apparently told my primary it will be another 10 days after they “faxed” it after I’ve already waited over 2 weeks for them. I’m just over it all.
