My experience here was great. I’ve been twice and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The young lady that took care of me both times was kind and caring. She couldn’t have done a better job. I’m due to go back soon and I’m not dreading going back at all :-)
If I could give less than a 1 I would. The overnight sleep staff was horrible. They should not be in a position of working with and caring for elderly patients who are sleeping in a strange place, alone and anxious. The way the sleep tech spoke to my 82 yo father was absolutely unacceptable. Horrible experience. Find another provider, don’t go here!
Always act like they hate their job . And you sit in a room for 3 hours before you get hooked up !!!! Why on earth do you have to wait so long when they only have 1 other client and hook up only takes 20 minutes!!!!!! This time he ripped the tape off my neck and took skin with it , but he didn’t even know what he did .. cause he’s robotic
I've had sleep problems all my life. They acted like the other sleep centers didn't do their jobs. Then, in the end, I had a flawed sleep study. They never got me to REM and only minimally upped my pressures. I just wasted time and money fooling with them. Don't waste your time.
