KEKE was absolutely amazing! After getting the runaround for three days, she was the first person who truly helped me. She paid close attention to detail, was incredibly kind and empathetic on the phone, and made sure my baby girl got exactly what she needed. I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond!

There could not have been a better place for my daughter to be treated! Every visit was met with professionalism, kindness, and personability. My daughter received A+ care from her endocrinologist. And thanks to her recommendation, she received additional A+ care from the Nemours team in Orlando. We are so very grateful!

Absolute worst facility I have ever been to! Dr. Bevin Weeks herself is fine. But I have spent I don’t know how many hours over the course of 3 MONTHS on the phone trying to get medical records sent for my daughter. My daughter is 3 years old and needs to have a surgical procedure done on her heart. Which to any parent IS PRETTY DAMN IMPORTANT. We moved states and I got a jump on making her new appointments, all I needed was to have her records transferred. Called over and over and over again and gave them the new hospitals fax & they said they would send them. It wasn’t until the month before that someone told me I had to file a request to do this. A few days before the appointment, the new hospital called them and I had to call them every two hours from 9am-5pm to finally get them sent over. Then the day we arrived to her appointment (that we driver over an hour and a half to) they didn’t receive ANY IMAGES. (I had called Nemours THAT morning to verify they were sent). I will never reccomend them to anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous to jump through this many hoops for MY daughter’s records when they had 3 freaking months!!!

Pros: Amazing physician! Fast check-in. Clean and tidy waiting room with fun toys for kids. Post visit treats. Cons: rude staff, unfriendly staff. Stained, boring examination rooms. Got checked in immediately which was nice. Bree the receptionist was helpful. Not exactly friendly. There are stickers at the check-in table we helped ourselves too after a while, but i feel like they should have been offered to the us. Amy the nurse that brought us back to the room, was not friendly and showed frustration when my child followed Amy's instructions exactly. My child is autistic and takes everything literally. Be exact with your instruction the first time and maybe you will get what you want the first time. My youngest pointed out the stains on the bed and Amy very rudely stated "its fiberglass." My child is 7. She was concerned and stated "oh so like dye?" And Amy responded with "no. Its fiberglass" not even turning around from the computer. I explained to my child that Amy ment they use a fiberglass when they place casts on kids. Staff need to be trained on how to educate patients. Especially pediatric patients. If I wasn't medical, I would have been more concerned about bout fiberglass residue on a bed in a pediatric office. Most people associate it with insulation. When someone asks for clarification, giving the same answer is not exactly insightful. Nicole, PA was amazing! 5/5. Respectful. Incredible bedside manner and explained everything extremely well. Nicole made us feel well taken care of despite the unfriendly staff. Never felt rushed during our conversation. After the visit, the kids got a frozen treat, which was pretty awesome.

My entire experience with this facility was as expected. All people were nice and friendly. The doctors were nice and accommodating. The appointments did not last long, nor did we have to sit and wait for hours on end. Like some specialty facilities, also when my daughter had to undergo a sleep study, they were nice and accommodating, and the tech that was there overnight was very nice and friendly. The only takeaway I have is for the overnight stays for family members of individuals undergoing a sleep study. It's not very comfortable, especially having to be in the same room with a minor, and you can't sleep because you're uncomfortable. But overall, that was my personal opinion, but the services and everything else was good. Also, they communicated appointments very well, gave detailed information on all the steps of these processes and the appointments. They were very clear, and they sent text messages in notifications, and even if you didn't confirm, somebody called you. They also were accommodating in the fact that they communicated with my child's primary care doctor in order for them to obtain a test result, even when the doctor there was not available to read them yet.
