The best around been a patient for years. Everyone is very nice theyWill help you when you need it. Dr.k is the best 👌. Will not go anywhere else.
Its hard to find the words to describe what a wonderful experience this was. By FAR the kindest, most thorough, knowledgable doctor (Asif Kaleem) and staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting! My mother is 81 years old and she said she wouldn't put off seeing doctors if they could all be like Dr Kaleem. He explained in detail the entire process and different scenarios in such a postive, yet straight forward way it gave us all a feeling of peace. AMAZING to say the very least!!!!
Update: After their response asking me to call their office manager to explain the situation (which was weird because in my review, I mention that the office manager was the person I dealt with). I called at 3:20 PM on 5/26/2022 (a Thursday) and explained to the receptionist who I was and that I was asked to call to explain my experience. She asked me to hold, and she would get her on the phone. After a minute or two the receptionist told me that the office manager was "gone for the day" and asked me if I wanted to leave a message. I told her to have her contact me at her earliest convenience. So far, no one has contacted me. Was not allowed into the clinic because I can not wear a mask. I have medical conditions that are exacerbated when wearing a mask, which are part of the reason for my appointment. The current CDC guidelines show Etowah County to be a low risk area, which does not suggest mask usage. The office manager suggested that I could fill out my paperwork in the hallway, and then wear a mask to walk to the exam room where I could then remove it. This only confirms that their required mask usage policy is a sham, and they were willing to disregard my health conditions because of it.
Was Lied to! Was told that I'd be seen before I return to work to see how bad my COPD when i was in the hospital. They set me up an appointment for July 1st. Dr setup for me to return to work on June 18th. Called the office to get the date changed and just got the run around. By july 1st I would have been back to work. What good did i do if I didn't get to see the doctor and run the test after he gave me days off before i return to work? Would like to find a doctor. If anyone knows of one?
The doctor is great but his office staff could use some training. My friend was just in there to see one of the doctors and they were trying to collect a bill from 2009. They never filled on her Medicaid. So she left without seeing the doctor. I wonder if the staff will tell him the truth about why she left?
