Excellent First Visit with Dr Jennifer Bendokas, PA-C I had an excellent first visit with Jennifer Bendokas, PA, for my ongoing sinus issues, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Scheduling was easy, the staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. The office was clean, well-organized, and I had very little wait time. Dr Jennifer Bendokas was exceptional. She took the time to listen carefully to my long history of sinus problems without making me feel rushed. Her bedside manner was warm, compassionate, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. During the visit, she performed a nasopharyngoscopy (a flexible camera tube through the nostrils), clearly explained the procedure and findings, and promptly scheduled both an in-office CT scan and a sleep study. She also discussed future treatment options in a clear and easy-to-understand way, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I felt respected, involved in my care, and left with a clear plan. I highly recommend Dr Jennifer Bendokas, PA-C, to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate ENT provider.

Well I'm the kind of guy that owns my mistakes and sometimes my mistakes affect others in a negative way. So I Greatly Apologize for changing my review and leaving a not so good review. I had an appointment at NWFWNT about 2 weeks ago and was supposed to pickup my sleep study a week later from their office. And unannounced to me I was looking at having to pay about $334 the day I went to pickup my sleep study that I had been waiting months for, because I had been going to the wrong office to get it ordered until someone steered me to NWFENT and they were said to be the Best in the panhandle and maybe even Best in the state. So I was Excited!!! So when I showed up to get my sleep study and then at that moment is when I found out, the study that could possibly save my life from the results being given to the doctor, was not going to happen due to a financial situation. And I was really upset, to think because someone did not inform me of this information and said it was the insurance companies fault, because they told the dr office that they were going to inform me, of which they didn;t and the Dr. office didn't either. Of which made me very upset and in turn I left a truthful review of the situation and how it happened, of which I regret, because I should have thought about it calmly and talk to the Dr. office staff to see if possibly there was ANY way I could have worked out a payment plan to take this life saving test!!! So NWFENT I apologize once again, You all make up a VERY AMAZING Dr. office and I'm working on figuring how I'm going to work that money into my next months bills and at this point still not sure how exactly I'm going to make it work, but if it's meant to be God will work it out. I just need to be obedient to Him and love everyone and treat them with respect of which I didn't. So I hope you will accept my apology and we can work together to help me start sleeping through the night and NOT wake up tired and feel like I haven't sleep for a week. This Dr. is a FANTASTIC place and they will treat you like you deserve to be treated and do everything in their power to want to come back and be taken care of!!!
