My scheduled appt was 130p. I asked at 2pm, what time will my 130 appt be? I was told, there's 3-4 people still ahead of you.
My appt was scheduled at 9:15. I got here at 9. Front desk took forever to check me in. Sat here for 1 and a half hours before being brought back. Got my vital signs taken and asked the same questions that I filled out on the check in paper. I was then handed another paper to fill out. It’s now been 2 hours since I got here. Haven’t seen the doctor yet. Will never come back here. If your doctor refers you to this office just ask for an alternative. I did not schedule off work to come to this appt. However, it seems that that’s what I should’ve done because I’ve pretty much been here all day.
Seen Dr.Hasmat last year had test done haven't heard any thing about results haven't been able to talk to his nurse have left messages need to know what's going on with me don't know what's the problem this is not good
My appt was at 9,i arrived at 830(transportation service )was told doctor was not in and he would arrive at 1130....suggested I reschuduled, which I did...around 945am,I saw patients going back..10am,I went to desk and asked was doctor in...he was...she did not even let me know...she lied she didn't know...then she said she thought I'd left...HOW, IM SITTING IN YOUR FACE....she was so unconcerned,,unprofessional, and had no desire to fix the problem.....I won't be returning.....I heard great things about the doctor....I guess I'll never know....her name starts with B
