My experience was going great until it wasn't. I haven't met any of the doctors so this review has nothing to do with any of them. My 4 yr old was given a referral for a sleep study due to ongoing ear infections and swollen tonsils. I have never done a sleep study myself so I wasn't sure what to expect, and it was my son's first one. My husband has had a sleep study before and he hated it, so his input was not very helpful. To make it easier on my son, I decided to look for a video or anything that would show him what he was going to go through and thankfully I found a video on YouTube. My son watched it and had a pretty good idea of what was going to happen...but again, he is 4. We got there and the nurse that welcomed us was very nice. I'm not sure I remember her name but if I am not mistaken, her name was Shelley. She seemed to be the overnight nurse. She was very nice and very welcoming. She took us to our room, gave us a set of instructions and told us she would get back to us shortly as she had to welcome other patients. When she finally came back in the room to get my son all set up, my son was very good and complied to everything she requested. At some point she needed to put some type of monitor on his toe. My son has a thing with his feet where he doesn't like his feet to be touched. At some point my son started to kick, which I understand is unacceptable and I was doing everything to assist with that. Never during her interaction with my son, was she actually kicked...anywhere. The nurse said she had just gotten kicked a few weeks ago and her nose was broken. My thought was, "why are you here so soon?" But whatever, not my business. My son started to get more upset, so I had to hold my son's legs forcibly so the nurse could do her job. My son cried but eventually calmed down. We went to sleep and around 5:00 am, the nurse came in and woke us up and my son was not having it. She started pulling tape and chords from his body and my son, who was still half asleep, started getting upset. When she got to his legs and pulled a chord, my son did not like it, and he kicked, but did not hit her. The nurse dropped everything and said, "I'm done, you can take care of it yourself', she stormed out the room and slammed the door. She then went to her office and over the intercom she said we could leave as soon as we were done. We weren't even allowed to brush our teeth as we were told to leave as soon as we were done. I am sorry but her attitude and behavior was unacceptable. She was extremely unprofessional and we had a very uncomfortable time with her. Again, my son is FOUR and he cannot be expected to comply the same way as an adult should. If she's had a bad experience with kids, then maybe she should not be in that area, keep her strictly at the desk, or somewhere else, I don't know. I ended up taking the rest of the chords and tapes off my son's body and left as soon as we could. I hope that my son never has to do another sleep study again, but if he does, I will make sure we don't go to this office. I will not allow another interaction like this again.

Wow I've always had them at a five star rating. The doctors great that my boys see. The staff is sometimes hard to understand especially on the phone but I've always overlooked that until today. When on the call for a good amount of time and still had not gotten anywhere, she says "you speak Spanish?" Ugh 😩😫 no but my husband does, I'll add him to the call. What a mess. Another long while in which he did t get anywhere either except that the other Drs office has to request the records...and apparently I have to physically go to the other Drs to sign the release...we have all this technology and still so difficult and I'm disabled. So I said can she email it to us the parents. So my husband asked in Spanish and she said it would take 15 days to do. 😞😔 He was like is she writing it from scratch or what? Idk I give up. I'm going to the other Dr without the records then. Not my fault both offices appear to have a lot of time to waste and no answers or options. Anyways the degree of difficulty with the conversation was absurd. And my husband and myself can't understand why if would take 15 days to email...and since the whole conversation had been confusing he asked to clarify that he meant electronic mail not snail mail. And she said yes through the computer. So idk.

Treated horribly by the front dest as was the woman before me. I walked out of my child’s first appointment as she told me to leave if I would not pay them a $10 copay. We have met the out of pocket for the year (I work in health insurance) she told me and the person before me that even though we don’t have a copay, they have one so we have to pay it. She paid, I didn’t. They also violated HIPPA the entire time I was there. Aloud asking first and last names with everyone listening, address, date of birth. It went on and on. The woman told me to get out of my seat. My son was mortified. I would not send an enemy here. I am sorry for the doctors here! The women up front treat their patients terrible. The woman in front of me confirmed her appointment by text, had the text, and they were mean to her saying she cancelled it. When she attempted to show them the text they didn’t want to see it. She was almost in tears as she took a day off work for the visit. Don’t waste your time here, get a new referral.

Dr Gondor and the team are the best. The most caring and attentive doctor and office I’ve been to.. They truly care and pour every ounce of themselves into each patient. Specifically my infant daughter was a “medical mystery” even after hospital stays and tests..Dr. Gondor was the one who listened to my concerns and advocated with me for weeks and months leading to an extremely rare pulmonary diagnosis through CT. They can be reached even when feeling concerned outside of the office. I can’t explain enough what a miracle Dr Gondor has been. To finally have a Doctor that listens, agrees and investigates further is refreshing and quite literally life saving.
