I sat in their office for an hour and a half to be told I don’t have sleep apnea and my in-home sleep study was perfectly normal. When asked why that wasn’t a phone call, they shrugged their shoulders and said of if I don’t like it, well that’s the way it is. Ridiculous.
Dr Wade and the nurse practitioner decided not to try me on any sleep medication until I had a sleep study scheduled. The next available day was 2 months from now. I was able to get in a sleep study due to a cancellation. I did not intend to disparage Dr Wade personally, I was just hoping to try another sleep medication to see if it worked and was upset when this option was denied.
My mother went to this clinic. She had 2 nodules in her lungs in 2023. They never did do follow up ct scans now it is 2025 and she has 3 nodules and a mass on kidneys. She is very rude and doent care about her patients!
Dr J Wade is an excellent pulmonologist!! She is going to do what is needed ! She is and staff definitely top tier .
I rarely share reviews on here, but after my last visit to this clinic, I wanted to warn future and current patients. I was a patient of this clinic for several years. My initial office visits were informative and I thought we were addressing the issues at hand. However, in 2022, things went down hill FAST! I found out that a radiologist had found spots on my lungs after a CT Scan. They tried calling Tri-County and got no answer. I then called and left a message. No return phone call. I then tried to fax the radiologist report to their office. Nothing! I eventually ended up hand delivering the radiologist report, highlighted, to their office. Then they started understanding this is no joke. 6 months after the original CT scan did these people do anything. They kept telling me I had asthma. I did not have asthma. I had two enlarged nodules in my lungs along with scarring from COVID. Okay, so we move along. I started having increase shortness of breathe. Called their office made an appointment. Talked with Dr. Wade. Not only was I yelled at, but she was condescending, and was rude. She then walked out of the exam room. No idea what was going on, I stepped out to use the restroom. What they did not know was that the break room shared a wall with the restroom. I could hear them laughing about me and joking around. I immediately went to the exam room, got my purse, and told my husband we were leaving. They kept giving me inhalers when I needed a different medication. There was also a time they locked a patient in their building after an exam when the nurse never came back to the exam room. I highly suggest you go anywhere but here, if you value your life. Not sure I would still be here had I not left. As a side note, I am disabled. SSA tried contacting this clinic multiple times for medical records. They never responded to their requests for records. I ended up having to go get them after speaking with my case worker. Please find a different clinic. There are good ones around.
