If you can get someone on the phone to answer, they are ok. They don’t see patients on Fridays. Have to go to Hsv to be seen on Fridays

My mother just saw him at Marshall County Hospital. She went for a second opinion after being dismissed at Murray after coming in for crippling pain, swelling, and bruising on her left side from abdomen to back. She hasn't been able to eat in 4 days. Can barely walk. They suspected kidney stones in Murray but they were not detected on CT. There was blood present in her urine however. But since a ct showed no stones they sent her home. Today makes day 5 of this pain and my brother and I comvinced her to go back in to another hospital after laying in bed unable to move again today. Took her to Marshall and they did the same tests and same results. We were dismissed when asked if they could do something else like and ultrasound because something is WRONG, please help our mom. Cue Dr. Mabry! He came into her room and YELLED AT HER asking why she came back in!!!!! When she tried to respond he interrupted her and YELLED AGAIN! This behavior is unacceptable!! How dare he yell at a patient who is being ignored when she is in debilitating pain and is asking for help and answers! You NEVER YELL at a patient. We hire you! You seem to have forgotten that. Your job is to listen to what they are telling tou and do whatever it takes to fix it. Not dope them up and try to get rid of the pain with pain medication. Figure out the root cause of WHY there is pain to begin with and create a solution! I am disgusted with the way he treated my elderly mother and I will make sure nobody uses his services again and is made aware of what he considers an acceptable bedside manner! Absolutely unacceptable to yell at your patients. You took an oath to do no harm! Remember that? Looks like I am not the only one who has seen such a bedside manner from him either based on the reviews I am reading.
