The staff here was great from check in, nurses Dr and radiology. I smacked my head and had to get a staple. I was very impressed with the care and it was relatively quick for an ER visit.
Hospital staff was a joke even for someone who has had prior experience as a firefighter with search and rescue went in yesterday since my fiance was having bad swelling in both her hands and one of her arms they gave her saline ran some tests and then told her it was because of the edibles shes been eating when i know for a fact thats not the case did some research of my own what she has is a family genetic not caused by some dam edible...the doctor came in was quite rude towards me and my fiance my stress levels r already thru the roof with whays going on now being pissed and such its not right if this was my home town back in Tennessee they would have done way better the only reason why its 2 stars and not 1 was they brought food to us about the only good thing to come out of all this honestly we will be going to fort payne for a follow up on tjis matter DONT GO TO CENTRE……instead go to either gadsden or fort payne to get treated
I only had two nurses that wasn't just out right rude,an I wish I could remember there names so I could appreciate them on here. But over all the worst hospital stay I've ever experienced!!
This is absolutely the nicest hospital i have ever been a patient in. It’s quiet and calm, very clean and the staff is awesome. Every person i was in contact with was friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. I was given an iPad with games, Hulu and Netflix along with my patient information and tons of useful i go for my stay. Staff used their own charger to charge my phone, offered me reading glasses since i didn’t have mine and were so very very kind and encouraging. Highly recommend
Just dropping in with a good friend after a little campfire mishap. The ER took her back super fast and the staff has been great. The areas I can see are super clean and tidy. My only complaint would be the lax way they enforce their smoking policy. There’s someone smoking right outside the ER entrance. You have to walk through that noxious cloud to get in the door. I would like to sit outside at the picnic table but there is too much cigarette smoke stinking up the place. There’s very visible signage out there but no enforcement.
