Absolute scam of a place. DO NOT GO HERE! They quoted me at just under $1000 for the sleep study, with my portion of responsibility to be about $250 after insurance coverage. When I finally saw the bill, they charged nearly $3000 and said my portion of the bill I was responsible for was over $1600. Then they sent all the bills to an old address on file with Piedmont, despite me filling out all the paperwork at the sleep study center with my current address. So I never received the bills, and they sent me to collections. They refuse to explain why my bill ballooned from $1000 to $3000, and they refuse to pull the account from collections. All this for a one night take home sleep study where all they do is review maybe 7 hours of data. This place is a scam and I would recommend that no one go here.

For 1 they lost my results. It's been 6 weeks and my pcp has yet to receive a report. For 2 the lady yelled at me for calling my ride at 5am when she told me the test was about over at 430 when I got up to pee. For 3 the beds are uncomfortable. My doctor wants me to repeat the test but I'm not coming back here. This time I'm going to Tanner.

This was my second time visiting this facility. The first time was 4 years ago, and although I didn't have an issue with the first visit I have to say that this visit was awesome. My tech name was Stephanie Torres and she was amazing. I can't say enough how much I truly appreciate this young lady. You can tell she really cares about her patients and her profession. Thank you Stephanie for making my visit a pleasant one.

Pros - Staff was wonderful. My tech Mary was patient and very tentative. Cons - the beds are rock hard. I'm not sure how they can study your sleep if you aren't able to go to sleep on those beds. I think I got a total of 3 hours sleep and those hours were interrupted due to having to toss and turn all night that I lost a few sensors and the tech had to come in to re attach them. I recommend getting better beds.

So far I’ve been very disappointed in the service here, I’m very shocked that it carries the Piedmont name. The only thing that I was pleased with was my two overnight studies that I had done. The tech that was on charge of both of mine was top notch. When I finally received my equipment it has been down hill every since. I’m hoping their service improves or else I will be obtaining my records and find a doctor that seems to care.
