Those people do not know what’s going on. I had to go back twice for sleep study and they still got my pressure wrong. My pressure was set so high that my mask was leaking everywhere. I was able to use the bpap for 3 nights before I just stopped. I called on a Monday to talk to someone but they kept telling me I’d have to wait till my check up. A black girl just hung up on me. Tonite will be my first try at a lower pressure so we’ll see. Office personnel suck.
The staff at this clinic are very helpful and knowledgeable. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and I've heard so many horror stories about transitioning to using a CPAP. Not me! From the very beginning, Ms. Brandi Williams and all the staff made the process smooth and easy. I actually feel like I've slept for the first time in many years thanks to great medical care and support at this clinic. Love that all my supplies can be purchased right there in the clinic. Very convenient.
Dr Luckel & staff are nice & very helpful. My experience with the nurse was not good. I been a RN for 20 years & the way you treat people reflects on the whole clinic. She was rude.
I had the sweetest, funniest and very knowledgeable nurse for my sleep study. I believe her name was Alyssa or Melissa. She made me feel at ease and treated me like family and not a number. She answered all my questions in detail. She did not give up on finding a mask that I was comfortable with. I recommended her to my brother in law who had to have a study done and he said she was great. If you can’t do a home test, and have to do it overnight, you should ask for her if she is available.
Don't try to get supplies for your machine from here. The automated system says to press 3 to speak to someone about supplies and it either hangs up on you or keeps repeating the menu options. Leaving a voice-mail for a tech doesn't work as they don't call you back and no one answers the phone for option 1 which is to "speak to a representative".
