Likely the same everywhere, but incredibly expensive service for what was provider. Feels like theft that you can do nothing about. Ask for prices before receiving treatment if possible and non life threatening
GPS takes you to the wrong building. You call and try to get help and are disconnected on and have to call back and wait on hold. They penalize for being late for your appointment. Honestly crazy when their location isn’t GPS accurate and they don’t have a direct connection to the front desk, instead it’s a customer service que. Because of their process I was 3 min outside of my appointment grace period and SHEENA MANDERS would not see me. Most ridiculous service I’ve experienced. This level of low hanging customer service seems to be very consistent within GA’s healthcare network which is sad. I’m from TN and I’ve never experienced stuff like this. They’ve wasted my time thrice now for an important appointment I need to see about my voice and why it’s keeping me from working. I would not recommend coming here. Save you, your insurance money, and your time.
I had an ablation procedure done here and was charged twice. Initially, I was told I would be billed in full for both sides of my nose and that when I returned for the second procedure, no additional payment would be required. However, when I went back for the second visit, I was unexpectedly billed a large additional amount, which was later pushed to collections. On top of that, the procedure did not fully resolve my issue, as one side still has the same problem. I later learned that ablation is considered an outdated technique, which may explain why it was not effective for me.
Very courteous! Felt my concerns were heard and addressed with compassion. Dr HAYAT has a great passion for her field and it comes across in the way she deals with her patients. Dr HAYAT is very easy to talk with and reassured me of any concerns I had. It is great to know that with my hearing loss I have Dr HAYAT and her team standing behind me and ready to help at anytime. I never felt rushed during my assessments and felt that I my problem was the center of focus. I genuinely appreciate Dr HAYAT’s heart for service to those of us that lived in a world of quietness that was not the norm. I appreciate her encouragement and reintroducing me to a hearing world around me.
I found it a little difficult to locate. After you turn onto Togwotee across from the hospital take the second left. The office is around back. I did not have to wait very long. Doctor An did a great job explaining everything and all the options. The office had a pretty friendly vibe. As a side note, I am quite aware that weight is a factor in various conditions. After doctors wanting to talk only about weight, I am grateful it wasn't even mentioned in this visit. Doctor An instead talked about the anatomy of my nose and sinuses and how structures and blood flow shifts can affect my breathing. I appreciate being treated like a whole person.
