While Dr. Matin and his staff are very kind, their billing office is a mess. My bills have been incorrect EVERY SINGLE TIME. When I have paid out of pocket, I will later receive an outstanding balance (much higher than I was quoted) as if I’ve gone through insurance. Even when I’ve called the billing office and the issue has supposedly been resolved, I will get a new incorrect bill and find out that there are still issues with the last bill. This really discourages me from returning to the office.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support I received at the Sleep Disorders Center of Georgia. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what turned out to be a truly transformative experience. I absolutely have to specifically call out Nurse Lolita, who embodied the epitome of kindness and expertise. Her gentle demeanor instantly put me at ease as she guided me through the process of preparing for my at-home sleep study test. Despite my initial apprehensions, Lolita's patience and thorough explanations made everything seem effortless. She took the time to ensure I understood each step, alleviating any anxieties I had about the procedure. Her dedication to ensuring my comfort and understanding left a lasting impression on me. Throughout my time at the Sleep Disorders Center of Georgia, every staff member I encountered exhibited the same level of professionalism and compassion. From the administrative team to the medical staff, everyone worked seamlessly together to provide top-notch care. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking care for sleep-related issues.

This has been the single BEST experience i’ve ever had in a medical professional setting. Front staff is AMAZING and extremely friendly, CPAP Physicians are AMAZING and made all directions clear and concise as well as being super friendly. Alex Hebert is who I’ve been seeing for a few months now and he is so nice, considerate and caring. I have never in my life had such a positive experience in a medical setting. I know I’m seriously hyping them up a lot but they really deserve it. They set the bar SO high and I look forward to every appointment and interaction I have with literally anybody in this facility. 11/10 recommend for anybody looking for help with their Sleep Issues. Alex Hebert and I are still troubleshooting my Sleep Disorder problems, however he is doing everything he can to make sure we get to the bottom of it. He also takes time out of his day to find prescription coupons for me and considers the financial side of things. Literally the best.

Classic awful specialist office. I went in for a routine sleep apnea study. They charged $500 to book an appointment, stating that was the full amount; this turned out to be wrong as I received multiple unexpected bills. The doctor also held two "consulting" sessions, not lasting more than 5 minutes each, but the office charged hundreds of dollars. Sleep Center should do better training their staff to explain costs up front, especially if they're taking payments before any services are rendered. Additionally, be mindful of how your actions create additional charges for your patients.

I have Narcolepsy and have been a patient at here for a few years now. The front desk is always very nice and helpful and so is Elizabeth. They always return calls in a timely manner and always very helpful. One thing that they did recently change since the previous doctors retired is that they no longer offer online/virtual appointments, which is very inconvenient since it’s 2022 and my one appointment each year is a “sit down and talk for a few minutes” kind of appointment and I now live an hour and fifty minutes away. Other than that, I’d recommend this doctors office to anyone!
